What is Zone 2 and how do I find it?
Zone 2 is a low-to-moderate aerobic intensity, roughly 60 to 70% of your maximum heart rate, where you can hold a full conversation but not sing. This calculator estimates your zones from your age, and more precisely if you add your resting heart rate.
How accurate is a heart-rate zone formula?
